Comments of chapter undefined of The Challenger's Return: Rebirth of the Rainbow Mage

Author, can you please explain why no one questions his knowledge regarding upper floors, in the initial chapters it was a kid and now Jeremy too has no doubts. Don't give me that bullshit of them being afraid to ask, even in this chapter Jeremy just listened when Otto said about upper floors, I mean even a dumb guy can figure out that Otto isn't normal..... Other than this issue that's bugging me, everything is awesome in this story. Please correct the loopholes
