Chapter - 11

I came to my room after dinner after assuring Jenny that nothing happen between me and Vlad I know if I tell her she will get excited and push me to do something I don't want or let's just say I don't deserve.

I went inside the bathroom turned the shower on and stood under it and shut my eyes closed and that's when all the things happen moments before came back and I could not hold it back any longer and I started crying making sure it was not audible to Jenny. I fell on the floor and was drenched in water I pulled my legs to my chest and cried silently.

"Why me why should it always be me what did I do to him that he said he loved me why should he love someone like me and once he would know about me he would just push me away I'm sure he will. I don't deserve anything I just deserve to die and nothing. Oh God please I can't take any of this not any more just make this end please" I said to myself slowly.

Once I gained conscious, I realized my clothes were wet and I just dried myself off and changed into my night wear and went to my bed and tried to sleep and like always I did not get sleep. Thanks to the nightmares I get every night. I stared at the ceiling and thought how I would face him in the office tomorrow. And just spent my night thinking and never slept.

I woke up with a smile on my face I was happy I could see Snow again.

I reached office and waited for the clock to hit 2 as that's when Snow comes to the office.

I tried to work with some focus but thanks to Snow I was not able to do so. I was contently looking at the watch. And it still showed 12noon.

I called my assistance Maria who takes care of my appointments to come in.

"You called me sir" Maria said.

"Yes, can you give this file to Snow when she comes ask her to verify it and get it back to me." I explained her.

"Okay sir it will be done" she said and left the office.

I spend my entire noon thinking about her and that's when I realized that it was time for her to come. I quickly dialed the receptionist’s number and asked.

"Did you see Snow coming? " I asked.

"Yes, sir she came half an hour back" she replied, and I ended the call.

If she had come half an hour back, she must have got the files from Maria I quickly called Maria and enquired about Snow and she told me that Snow was on her way to my office with the files. I got all excited and waited desperately for her.

I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in " I said.

"Hi Vlad, how are you?" I was disappointed and angry to see my PA holding the files I asked Snow to get for me.

"I think I asked Snow to get those files" I snapped at her.

"Oh, that's okay let the poor girl be she was not interested any way" she said making me angry.

I dialed a number and said "ask Snow to be in my office in 5 minutes"

"Oh, why you are calling her let's just have some fun" she said leaning towards me.

"Don't make me kick you out" I yelled at her and the next moment I heard a knock. I knew it was Snow I asked to get inside.

She came in and was wearing a beautiful black frock which looked stunning on her. I wonder why she covers herself more than required.

"Snow can you tell the reason as to why didn't you get me these files when I clearly instructed it to Maria to ask you to get these" I said throwing the files on the desk.

"Oh, don't scare the girl I asked her that I'll take it to you by the way I'm your PA you see I'm here to give what you want." She said in my ears and I saw Snow looking down standing in the same place.

"I think I asked you something Snow" I said again.

"I'm sorry" she replied, and I finally got to listen to her voice.

Just when I was about to say something Hanna said, "now leave I have something to discuss with the boss".

Listening to her Snow Started to leave making me pissed. I pushed Hanna away and went to Snow and held her hand which she had placed on the doorknob to open it, with her hand still in my hand I said Hanna.

"Last time I checked I was the bloody owner of this company I give orders and only I give orders. Now have some respect and leave the office Hanna"

She looked at me in shock and walked to the door looked at my hand which held Snow's hand stopped her leg and left the office.

"And you were actually leaving listening to her?" I asked Snow.

"I.. I had....." she could not find words to talk.

"Next time when I ask you to be in my office just be there" I said it in her ear making her shiver. I went to lock the door and came and stood Infront of her.

"About yesterday do you have any answer for me?" I asked her walking close to her and she as expected walked backward and that was exactly what I wanted.

"I want an answer Snow" I said walking towards her, and she stopped walking as her back hit a wall.

"No place to go anywhere. Now answer me" I said in her ear kissing her temple blocking her was to escape.

"Now about the answer" I asked leaning close to her. Her breathing was uneven, and she was looking for a way to escape from me.

I could not resist her not anymore and I started kissing her forehead and then her nose and then I licked her lips and she was too shocked to react.

"I love you" I said kissing her jawline and then slightly rubbed her collar bone with my thumb leaving goosebumps there I kissed it and said " You have no idea how much I want you now"

She had her eyes down not looking at me even for once her breathing became uneven and she was freezing cold. My fingers found its way to her shoulder and I pulled her sleeve down making her strap visible.

The moment I kissed her bare shoulder I heard a sob I kissed it again thinking she moaned but her sobs increased and when I looked at her, her face was red and tears were continuously flowing down I was shocked seeing that. She could not stand and as her legs where shivering I held her waist and that's when she pushed me away from her. And she fell on the floor.

"Snow hey are you alright?" I asked her while I took my hands near her, she quickly covered her hands across her face.

"Please don't hit me I swear I won't tell anyone please don't hit me" she said while crying and pushing herself back away from me.

She thought I was going to hit her oh God why would she think that I was too shocked to do anything she was in a mess and she did not allow me to touch her and just when her sobs reduced and I thought she was fine. Her head hit the floor and she was unconscious. I lifted her and rushed to the hospital once I reached there the doctors took her in and asked me to wait outside. After some time when the doctor came out, I went to her and asked.

"Is she okay?"

"She is fine now. She had a nervous breakdown it happens usually when the patient experiences something that harmed them in past that is what happened to her. You can see her, but she will be conscious only after 3 hours" she said and left.

I went Inside and saw her sleeping she is looking tired and that bed was huge for her tiny body she had a bandage on her head she must have hit her head hard to the floor damn if. All this because of me how could I do this to her. I sat next to her for a long time. I heard some voice I tried ignoring it, but it was ringing contently and that's when I realized that it was my phone, I took it out without seeing the id.

"Hello sir. I have all the information on Ms. Snow” it was Rex.

"My office in 15 minutes" I said him.

I called Jenny and told her that Snow was in the hospital she did not ask me the reason as she knew what I was talking about. May be this was not the first time that something like this is happened to her. I got up and went to kiss Snow's forehead but stopped when I remembered her face and pulled myself out of the room.

I waited for some time and Jenny came to hospital thanked me and I left the hospital as I did not wanted Snow to see me at least not for some time.
