well, you can't say that the whole china is racist ( which truthfully i somewhat think it is.). but I'm pretty sure its mainly those who are at the bottom of the wells and don't know what's its really like, they just assume it and roll with it. for example this rougher skin comment i think its just some random bull he must have heard while talking to his bottom of the well friends. I don't even think he had seen any foreigners with his own eyes in reality.
I have some Chinese friends from mainland China and they're great people it might just be those that are institutionalized but that doesn't make it any better. Asian hate is already a thing and this isn't going to make it any better not saying that this alone is going to perpetuate it but it doesn't help..
