Two problems, one the obvious - the eyes the other being the evil soul. Even if you haven't read the book, you should have saw the movie. I am not going to talk about the eyes since everything is obvious. Little Tom did cause problems but still he was normal, talented and bad but normal wizard. His enviornment made him react that way. He was bad not evil (before hogwarts).

The red eyes were a bad idea. 1. He isn't an albino so him having that eye color is weird for muggles. 2. He has powers and does bad things with them. 3. Christians in Britain were extremely devout and superstitious. 4. He 100% matches the description of the Anti Christ. He should not have been able to survive this long without being identified as a demon by the muggle community he lived in.

You need to research the novel series of Harry Potter more. If you have done it at all. Tom was bullied just as badly as Harry was when they were children. You are making Tom Evil when he was a child based on him when he was an ***** after he split his soul too many times and had delved into dark rituals that warped his mind from the side effects of such rituals.

Voldemort only got red eyes after rituals after hogwarts which gave him his baldy snake look. As child he had green eyes...

so mc is not taking over tom's body but fusing with his soul.. ... does this mean that the mc's gonna have a dark side

what year is it set since it's a cross over have him train with the ancient one have him train with wolverine in tracking and fighting techniques etc

I'm curious, usually fanfics follow the main story flow no matter what even if there's some changes. But if the mc is the reason the main story started(voldemort), then how will this fanfic proceed??
