10. How can this be?

"Well, I think you should just confess everything..." Namjoon responded.

"Are you sure they won't attack me?" You answered with worry in your voice. "They might go crazy, like Jimin said." You mumbled.

"Don't worry about that now. We can help you with the speech. Just know that we'll be backing you up if needed." Namjoon gave you a reassuring smile.

"O- okay then, I'll do it!" You tightened your fists.

"That's the spirit!" Jin chuckled and ruffled your cherry-red hair. "Now, go, shoo, I have something to discuss with Namjoon." Jin hissed playfully.

"Oh, alright, I'll just get going." You smiled and stood up. "See you later, Jin, Namjoon." You bowed a little, even though you knew they didn't really like it when you bowed, but it was a habit of yours.

"Yah!" Jin chuckled, but you were already gone.

Author's POV

Earlier, when Taehyung had left the dining hall, Jimin followed him only a moment after and knocked on his door. "Uh, Taehyung. I know you're in a grumpy mood, but can I at least do something to make you feel better?" Jimin requested.

"Go away, Jimin. I don't need your worrying ass over here." Taehyung growled.

"Taehyung, please, if this is about earlier, then I'm so-"

"Jimin. Get out." Taehyung lowered his voice, making even Jimin shake under his dominant voice. "I'm not in the mood for talking."

"Fine..." Jimin sighed and gave up.

In the mean time, Jungkook was walking in the garden, smiling brightly at all the beautiful flowers. He saw Hobi in the distance with Yoongi and decided to approach them. "Hello, Hobi and Yoongi! What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked innocently. Hobi blushed a little at Jungkook's question and let go of Yoongi, who was clinging onto him.

"Uh, we were just enjoying oursel- uh, I mean we were enjoying the weather. Yeah." Hobi stuttered a little bit, making Yoongi chuckle a little.

"Yeah, Jungkook. We were just enjoying the weather, nothing more, nothing less. What are you doing here?" Yoongi rised an eyebrow.

"Oh, I was just enjoying the beautiful weather, like you two." Jungkook beamed a smile at Yoongi. "I'm going to go to the forest for a bit, have fun you too." Jungkook winked. Of course Jungkook knew what the two were doing, he wasn't innocent after all. It made him blush a little, yes, but he hid it as best as he could. Right now, he was heading to the forest because he was feeling a little weird.

There was this weird feeling in his chest and he had no idea what it was. It was like something was trying to take control over him. It was frustrating and weird. "What- what is going on with me?" Jungkook gasped a little, the pain gradually growing inside of him over time. "Agh- Jin, it hur- ugh- it hurts a lot..." Jungkook whined and kneeled in front of a tree to hold onto it.

The weird feeling in his chest was growing and growing and it was making Jungkook feel pain he had never experienced before. It was like he was getting stabbed non-stop by someone. "AAAGHH!!" Jungkook yelled in pain, his glossy eyes overflowing with tears, as he tried to stay conscious.

Meanwhile in the castle, eveyone was having a decent day, but something happened. All of the six kings stopped what they were doing, because they felt something nearby. Something big. A lot of magic energy was being released from someone, or something. It even made Taehyung shiver, even though he was the strongest of the kings. He had immerse power , but this magical energy was huge, it was enormous.

Taehyung slammed his door open and rushed to Namjoon's bedroom without knocking. "Joon-"

"I know. I'll go get everyone else, you go investigate the source of this awful energy." Namjoon commanded and Tahyung just nodded before running away again.

Taehyung was running in teh forest when a wave of magic energy hit him. He stopped and whipped his head around to see hwat was the cause of this enormous magic energy. A sudden scream interrupted his thoughts and he knew exactly who it was. "...Jungkook..." He cursed under his breath and ran torwards the source of the sceam.

"Agh- It hurts! Help!" Jungkook begged with tears running down his eyes. "Kill me if you- if you have to! I don't care!" He screamed in pain. Hsi body was laying on the ground and he was hoding his knees as if he was holding onto his life.

"Jungkook!" A honey like voice called out to him, making Jungkook look at him immediately. Taehyung just blankly stared at Jungkook. Why did he feel like he was lied to again? didn't Jungkook say that he didn't have any powers? "Did you lie to me again?" He murmured.

"Wh- what are you- ugh- what are you talking about, Taehyung?" Jungkook huffed in pain as Taehyung was just watching him with a blank expression. "Why would I- why would I lie to you...?" He cried.

"You said you didn't have powers! You lied to everyone!" Taehyung raised his voice. "How more pathetic can you get???" Taehyung chuckled in disbelief.

"Why are you- AGH- why the hell are you talking about t- that right now??? Fuck! Help me! Please!" Jungkook yelled in pain.

"Why would I help you?" Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows in amusement. "You're just a huge liar who likes to play with middle-aged men to get money." He spat angrily.

"Wh- w- what...?" Jungkook froze. His heart broke once hearing that. He didn't want to remember those horrible nights he had to spend with those disgusting men. He was forced to do that because his parents wanted money.

One of the reasons was that he wanted to be praised by his parents. He wanted to feel good about himself. Of course, Taehyung just crushed his mind saying that he was just using them. "I-I-I'm n-not using t- them... why would you...say that..." Jungkook sobbed quietly, still whining because he was in huge pain.

"I just stated the fucking facts, peasant." Taehyung spoke angrily.

"Fine, if you hate me t-that much... just kill me then." Jungkook said suddenly, making Taehyung widen his eyes in shock. "I can see nobody cares for me. So why not just kill me then?"

"Taehyung what's going on here- JUNGKOOK???!"
