Saitama Appears !

Genos and Bang stopped talking and looked up at the sky on top of the building.

A meteor on fire that was about the size of a small mountain is falling down from the sky. The meteor is causing a streak of red colour that follows its path descending down.

You can imagine if the meteor hits the ground, a giant mushroom cloud would appear in City Z. City Z would be destroyed and would become a giant crater. The surrounding cities around City Z would not be better off once the meteor hits.

Although Genos appeared calm on the outside, he was panicking inside. He did not know if his weapon would be able to destroy the meteor.

Genos thought to himself if the meteor is destroyed, what about the meteor fragments ?

What if the broken meteor would be a worst disaster than the intact meteor ? Genos thought to himself.

What should I do, if my masters were here what would they do ? Genos thought to himself.

"You are feeling doubtful ?", Bang said as he looked at Genos who was hesitating.

"You seem to have forgotten your masters teachings and failed to maintain a calm and humble heart. You are still young, even if you fail, you can take it as a lesson. Anyway the meteor falling down is inevitable. There is no way to stop it right ?", Bang said in a calm tone.

Bang's timely speech woke Genos up from his self doubt. Genos thought of his two teachers at the moment and that thought inspired him. Genos imagined Saitama who had gold fish eyes, did not care about anything and looked like a simpleton. Then he imagined Duke who sits at home like a shut in otaku while playing computer games everyday while eating Fat House fast foods. Yep, these were Genos's two teachers or masters, how these two people inspired Genos I have no idea.

"I see. Thank you for your advice Mr. Bang.", Genos replied with a confident tone.

"Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! This was nothing.", Bang said as he looked happy. Bang enjoyed watching young heroes growing up and replacing them the old timers.

"Genos. You have grown a lot.", a voice called out.

A figure suddenly appeared on top of the building with his shiny bald head, red cape and yellow costume. It was Saitama.

"Saitama sensei, why are you here ?", Genos asked in a happy tone. Genos was happy that one of his two teachers appeared.

With master here, City Z is safe, he can easily destroy the meteor. Genos thought to himself.

"Ah ! I happen to be passing by. This C level mission is too difficult, I haven't seen a bad guy all day.", Saitama said in a depressed tone as he scratched his bald head.

"Oh ! You are Genos's master ?", Bang asked as he looked at Saitama. Bang looked at Saitama up and down, although he looked like an ordinary person, he gave off a very dangerous feeling.

If Bang fought with Saitama he will be killed by a punch.

"I am one of Genos's teacher. Who are you ?", Saitama asked as he looked at Bang. Even though Saitama became a professional hero, he never checked out the rankings in the hero association so he does not know who Bang is.

"I am Bang the martial arts master that created water stream smashing rock fist. You can teach such an outstanding disciple as Genos, it makes me ashamed to call myself a teacher.", Bang said in a humble tone. His own disciple Garou was a failure.

"Oh ! I am only one of Genos's teacher. I didn't teach Genos anything. In fact, Genos has another outstanding teacher by the name of Duke. He is very strong.", Saitama said with a friendly tone.

"It's a shame I can't see such an interesting person by the name of Duke before I die.", Bang said as he looked at the meteor which was approaching City Z.

Saitama pointed at the sky and said, "It's okay, you won't die. Duke's solving the problem now.".

"Huh ?!", Bang said as he looked at Saitama.

"Duke is below the meteor.", Saitama said as he pointed to a location.

Boom !!!

As soon as Saitama pointed, a dazzling white beam of energy came from the spot he pointed at. The brilliant dazzling white beam lit up the Earth and was even brighter than the sun.

City Z which originally has a red sky due to the burning meteor turned darker. The huge energy beam changed the celestial fluctuations on Earth. The energy beam caused shock waves around City Z, it parted the clouds as it split the sky.

Genos and Bang looked at the energy beam in the sky in amazement. Especially Genos, although his eye could not process the amount of energy discharged by Duke but he knew that if that beam hit him, he would be dead. Even Genos's electronic eyes could not capture Duke's figure as he shot out the energy beam from his finger.

"Genos, let's go home.", Saitama said as he patted Genos's shoulder. Genos was still looking up in the sky.

"Master. The crisis has not been resolved yet. We should...", Genos said.

"No problem. If it's Duke the meteor would not fall.", Saitama said in a confident tone.

Boom ! Boom ! Boom !

The white energy beam penetrated the meteorite causing multiple explosions. The meteor broke into fragments, the fragments turned to dust as the energy beam continued to pour out from Duke's finger. There was a sudden silence from the citizens of City Z as they looked up at the sky. A shower of dust fell down from the sky onto City Z. The crisis that swept City Z was completely eliminated.

"Now it should be okay ?", Saitama asked as he looked at Genos and Bang whose mouth were open in shock.
