The Safest Place in the World...

"Unexpectedly you are still living here. Should I say you are daring ?", Fubuki said in a proud tone. This woman's aura was quite strong probably due to her being a psychic.

"Is there something wrong living here ?", Duke asked in an irritated tone.

"This area is on the outskirts of City Z, it is also known as the most dangerous area on Earth. This area is where the mysterious beings and monsters hunt frequently and any human S staying here is bound to die.", Fubuki replied in a proud and knowledgeable tone as she put her hands on her pearl necklace on her neck.

"No. This is actually the safest place on Earth.", Duke said as he rolled his eyes in annoyance at Fubuki's statement. Living here near Saitama's apartment is probably even safer than living in the Heroes Association's Headquarters, Duke thought to himself.

"Guests are here and you don't even invite me in or to sit down. Isn't this the wrong way to treat guests ?", Fubuki asked in an arrogant tone.

"I don't remember inviting you here. You are at most an uninvited passerby.", Duke said confidently. Duke had no intention of letting Fubuki come into his apartment. Duke knew that Fubuki's intention of coming here was to ask Duke to join the Blizzard Group, a rag tag of idiots that follow Fubuki without ever questioning her judgement.

"Why ? Are you afraid of my powers and what I will do ?", Fubuki asked arrogantly.

No. I am afraid I might kill you accidentally if you anger me too much. Duke thought to himself as he looked at Fubuki's pear necklace.

Fubuki asked again to come in and it was awkward to talk outside so Duke had to reluctantly let Fubuki in to his apartment. When Fubuki sat down, Duke poured her a cup of ... cold water.

"I will say it once. I am not interested in the 1st hero ranking of the B Level heroes. I have no intentions to join your Blizzard Group.", Duke said before Fubuki could say anything.

"You are so proud. I know your strength is not reflected in the hero ranking but you have to ask yourself why have you never been promoted to become an A Level hero ?", Fubuki asked in an arrogant and proud tone as she smiled.

"It's because you are afraid. A Level hero competition is so fierce that you prefer to stay in the B Level hero ranking.", Fubuki continued with her arrogant and proud speech.

"....", Duke said as he wondered if this lady had a large hole in her brain.

After Duke gained great power he had long lost interest in the hero ranking because he no longer needed to prove himself. If you could destroy the galaxy with one punch would you still be interested in the hero ranking ? This is similar to Saitama. In fact the bald head doesn't even care about the hero rankings anymore. The only reason Saitama struggled to get higher up the hero rankings is because Genos's hero ranking is higher than him.

As a teacher if your hero ranking is lower than your disciple it is really shameful, that's the only reason why Saitama strive to be higher in the hero rankings. But for Duke who is shameless, he doesn't care if his disciple has a higher hero ranking than him. It's just a ranking, can a higher hero ranking make you stronger ?

"Admit it. It's nothing to be shameful about. After all there are too many monsters in the heroes association. Ordinary people who want to occupy a higher position in the heroes association where there are monstrously powerful individuals is impossible. It's normal to form a group so that we are stronger. Even the S class heroes form groups.", Fubuki continued her arrogant and proud speech as she spread out her hands to emphasise her words.

"Sorry. I appreciate your kindness but I am very satisfied with my life right now. You should go and find someone else.", Duke said as he picked up the game console to continue to play his video game.

"Hmmph ! You haven't seen how terrifying those monstrous heroes are, if you have seen...", Fubuki said in an arrogant and proud tone.

"If I saw it, I would be better than them, I would be stronger than them.", Duke replied in an irritated tone.

Facing Duke who was not moved by force or by persuasion, Fubuki's mouth couldn't help twitching in anger. As she looked at Duke she took the cold water and gulped it all down. She had seen a video recording of Duke fighting and knew she was not Duke's opponent. That's why she rushed here today to sign up Duke for her Blizzard Group.

Many people have worked hard for a lifetime and never grown in strength. Is this her limit ? The old heroes of yesterday can't really beat the new heroes of tomorrow. Fubuki thought to herself.

That's right you can't win no matter how had you try. Fubuki thought to herself.

This is Fubuki's life. Her superpowers are strong, she can easily get promoted to become an A Level hero.

Unfortunately for her, she chose to compare herself to her sister the Tornado of Terror, Tatsumaki.

Compared to her sister Tatsumaki, her ability seems weak and insufficient.

Since her ability is insufficient she decided to gather a group around herself, the Blizzard Group.

Fubuki is right. In the heroes association there are many groups. For instance the gay Puri Puri Prisoner is the leader of the prisoners in the Smelly Lid Prison. This group of prisoners are loyal to Puri Puri Prisoner and some even gave him gifts.

And Tank Top Master, the leader of the Tank Topper Army. This group is based in the gym and is one step away from becoming gay. Their tank top is their symbol of pride. Even the title of these group of heroes in the Tank Topper Army is inseparable from their tank tops like Tanktop Tiger, Tanktop Black Hole, Tanktop Vegetarian, etc.

The S class hero Atomic Samurai and his three A Level hero disciples formed a group. This small group should not be underestimated. Although this group is small, they are elites in terms of strength.

Dr. Bofoi, the one man Metal Knight is said to control an army of mechanical robots.

The C Level heroes although weak are generally quite united in helping each other and tends to fight in groups.

And Sweet Mask.... well he got his fans, if that could be counted as a group...

And Finally there is the Blizzard Group created by Fubuki. The group that she created collected many strong and amazing B Class heroes. And the Blizzard Group is known as the largest hero team in the heroes association. The Blizzard Group fights mysterious beings and monsters as a group and then the credit is evenly distributed within the group so that no hero in the Blizzard Group fall out of their rankings.

"Are you sure you don't want to join the Blizzard Group ?", Fubuki asked as she looked nervously at Duke. Fubuki was scared, she was worried that one day she would wake up and her No. 1 rank in the B Level hero would be taken by somebody else. It was the only No. 1 position she had ever gotten in her life through her own hard work and if possible she would rather not lose it.

Duke sighed, turned his head to look at Fubuki and said, "Do you know why you can never beat your sister ?".

"Why ?", Fubuki asked in an irritated tone. She was clearly angry when Duke brought up her sister's name, Fubuki clearly had a love hate relationship with her sister. And she hates when others compare her to her sister.

"Because of your environment. Your sister the Tornado of Terror is 2nd in ranking in the S Class heroes. You are surrounded by S class heroes and you admire them too much. And you... sigh... are protected... for me the hero I admire is not an S class hero but he is only a C Class hero.", Duke rambled on as he seemed nostalgic.

"What I want to say is that if you stay protected as a B Level hero you will become complacent and your strength will never grow. One day you will find your strength is further and further away from your sister the Tornado of Terror. Even if you stay as a B Level hero, one day you will die in the hands of a mysterious being or a monster.", Duke continued his speech.

"You.... Do you want to fight me ?!", Fubuki asked angrily.

"No. I am afraid that I will attract your sister and it won't end well.", Duke said nonchalantly.

"So, having said so much. You are still afraid of my sister.", Fubuki said in an arrogant and proud tone.

"You misunderstood me. I am afraid that I might kill your sister accidentally then my life of leisure will probably end.", Duke said nonchalantly as he still thought of his shares in the hero's association and the Tornado of Terror working hard to make money for him.
