CHAPTER 25
"M-my son...."He whispered at akmang lalapit sa amin ngunit hinarang na siya ni Aiden.Aiden's face was serious while he was looking at Ryder.I feel the tension between at baka mag-away pa sila so I stopped Aiden.
"Let's go,Aiden."I said before I held my son's wrist at tumalikod na sa kanila.I don't want to gave my son a false hope dahil ayaw kong maramdaman niya ang sakit na naramdaman ko noon.
I glanced at them only to see Ryder holding Kim's hand while their talking to their daughter.They were so happy while I only have Aiden to be my son's father.Alam kong hindi habang buhay ay mananatili sa amin si Aiden dahil may sarili siyang buhay but my son treat him as a real father at paniguradong malulungkot si Liam kapag umalis na si Aiden.
"Are you okay?"Aiden asked while we were inside the condo he bought.I smile at him trying to conviced him and also myself that I am totally fine.Yeah,I am fine.
"Mom,Can we go to an amusement park?I want to play!"My son interrupt so I looked at him before I sighed.It was fine with me but I'm not sure if Aiden will agree dahil sigurado akong pagod siya.
"But your daddy is tired.He need to rest,first."I said,trying to use my soft voice for my son to understand the situation.My son pouted and his eyes watered."Don't cry,baby.Maybe tomorrow we will went to amusement park!"
"I will changed my clothes and we will went to amusement park,now."Aiden suddenly interrupt and went inside the bathroom maybe to change.Liam,on the other side,Is smiling happily like he won something.
After changing clothes,Aiden carry Liam and suddenly he held my hand.I looked at him in surprise but he just shrugged his head bago niya kinuha ang susi ng sasakyan sa mesa.I smiled at Liam who was busy saying words at Aiden.
"Daddy!"My son shouted matapos naming lumabas sa unit.My gazed dropped on Ryder that suddenly looked at Liam.Hindi ko alam kung bakit biglang kinurot ang puso ko sa lungkot at sakit na bumalatay sa mga mata niya.
"Daddy!I want to ride carousel!I want to buy toys!I want to take a picture with you and mommy!"My son giggled causing me to looked at him.He was smiling happily while saying those words to Aiden.If only my son would understand that his father wasn't Aiden.
"If that's make you happy then I will buy more tickets!"Aiden smiled before he held my hand and pulled me not minding Ryder's present.I don't know if he saw Ryder but I think he saw him but he just don't care.
I went inside Aiden's car while waiting for him to put my son on the backseat.When he was done putting seatbelt on my son,He went inside and then drove.The amusement park wasn't that far so we arrived fast.My son was the first to went out and run towards the gate of the park.
The guard won't let him enter so I walk fastly para maabutan siya but someone suddenly carry him.I stilled when I saw that it was Ryder.He was smiling at my son before he pay for the entrance fee.I looked at Aiden but he just shrugged his shoulder.
"Let him know his son."He said before he went inside after paying of our entrance fee.I roamed my eyes around to search for my son and then I found him running towards me.
"Mommy!He carry me!You said that only you and daddy will carry me!"He said while pointing at Ryder that infront of us.
"Tito Ryder is my friend so don't worry."I carry my son and gave it to Ryder.For today,I will allow him to be with my son pero kung aagawin man niya ito sa akin ay hinding hindi ako papayag.I will die first before he get my son.
"Tito?Really?"Ryder sarcastically said before he wrapped his arms around my waist then kissed my forehead.I stilled but when I heard my son complained again,I nearly put a chili inside his mouth for my son to shut up.
"My daddy was the only one allowed to kiss my mom!"He shouted at paulit ulit na pinalo ang braso ni Ryder.Ryder was looking at Liam with full of confusion.
"Your mommy and daddy kissed?A lot?"He asked then his gazed dropped on me before he glared.I admit that I kissed Aiden so many times trying to find the same feelings I felt when I kissing Ryder but I always ended failed.
"Yes!They kissed!I saw it with my own two eyes."He pointed at his eyes."They were inside a room and I was going to asked for a milk then I saw them laying in the bed while kissing."
I don't know if I will smile because my son was so smart for him to understand what this all about but from now,All i wanted is to be embarrassed for what he was saying.Rydr,On the other side,Suddenly glared at me before his jaw move agressively.
"Kissed,huh?"He smiled sarcastically before he pulled Liam towards the carousel.I watch them until they disappeared on my sight.My gazed dropped on Aiden that looking down on the ground while scratching his nape.
"It was only a secret but Liam was so noisy."He said then laugh akwardly.I tried to act normal but I always ended up acting akwardly.Hindi ko alam kung bakit kailangan pa makita iyon ng anak ko kung marami namang pwedeng madatnan.
Aiden yawned.I looked at him at nakita kong pumipikit na ang mga mata niya dahil sa antok.I tapped his shoulder causing him to looked at me.I motioned him my shoulder for him to lean.He was hesitating at first but he does.He interwined our hands.
"If only Liam was mine,I will gave everything."He whispered.I feel the love from him towards Liam.
"I'm sure when you have your own child,You will be a good father."I said looking at the people laughing with their family.Kung kami padin kaya ni Ryder ay ganyan kami kasaya bilang isang pamilya?Kung hindi ba komplikado ay masaya kami?
"I'm happy that I met you.I'm happy that I given a chance to be with Liam.I wish a happy ending between your family."He whispered then he kissed my shoulder.I stilled when I feel his hot breat against my neck pero hindi iyon nagtagal dahil bigla na lang siyang bumagsak sa lupa.
It was so fast that I could only hear the shock expression of the people who arround us now.Aiden was still lying on the floor while Ryder was clenching his fist.He was going to punch Aiden again but my son,Liam,Suddenly cry loudly.He was holding pulling Ryder's shirt like he was trying to stopped him.
"Don't hurt my daddy!Please!"He pleaded and went towards Aiden.Ryder was watching them while tears streaming down on his face.I don't know why he was crying but it hurts me when I'm seeing him like this.
"I lost you,scarlett."He said while looking at me and his tears still continue falling."I just wanted to spend my time with my son but it ended up like this.I'm sorry for all of this.Goodbye."
Tumalikod siya at mabilis ang hakbang na lumayo sa amin.I'm watching him until he disappeared on my sight.I wanted to cry but I don't want to let my feelings explode in public.He's right.Liam is his son and it will never be changed.Ipinagdamot ko sa kanya ang dapat na kanya at hinayaan kong gumulo ang lahat lahat.
Nawala na ang mga taong kanina ay nakapaligid sa amin.Nakatayo na din si Aiden pero pinupunasan parin niya ang dugo galing sa putok niyang labi.I'm sure that it was hurtful but I only care about Ryder from now.I hurt him.I'm sure of that.Aiden went towards me and then pulled me into a hug.
"Are you okay?Did he hurt you emotionally?"He asked while caressing my back.My tears suddenly fell not because I'm hurt but because of love.Love is quiet hurtful,isn't it?
"Akala ko ayos na.I thought my wound inside of my heart was healed but it still hurt."I sobs.Akala ko kapag hindi ko siya nakita ay mawawala na ang nararamdaman ko para sakanya pero niloloko ko lang pala ang sarili ko.Akala ko kapag lumipas ang ilang taon ay magiging ayos na ako pero mali pala.
"You couldn't heal because you kept pretending you wasn't hurt."He said that hits me.He's right.I'm pretending that I'm okay while I'm not.
"I don't want others to pity me.I'm pretending because I don't others to judge me.I am smiling but I am dying inside."Hindi ko alam kung saan na patungo ang usapan na ito pero lahat siguro ng tanong na nagbibigay ng sakit ay nagkaroon ng kasagutan.
And the thing that bugging my mind now was Ryder.I need to talk to him and let him enter my life again.I let my heart love him again.Siguro doon ay magiging magaling lahat ng sugat.
