I'm going to be honest here. I don't see Vali as a polygamous person, what with his almost 80-90 years of celibacy. If Bryn-whatever is the fmc, the author is going to have to give her some good old character development. Or kill her to develop Vali's personality. Your choice.

Odin is so bipolar it is hilarious. Not like he is some evil overlord, just too old and senile to act normally.

It would be a cool plot twist where odin actually learns and grows when the MC confronts him face to face. Instead of Odin being a generic villian archtype

Was this chapter written to give us a glimpse of Odin’s softer, human side? I fear the MC will mess around and get Brynhildr killed. Odin can be petty, cruel, irrational, and so many more terrible adjectives...I don’t see things going smooth for the MC.

Yea as odin said mc is bad very bad And does things which benefit him and then say odin is bad They both are doing things that will benefit them...

Its understandable since at this point odin is still a duchebag. Its takes 3000 years for him to develop his grumpy old dad vibes...
