Maybe I'm remembering this wrong but wasn't one of the conditions for placing a mark not to be seen by 'smart' beings like humans and chimera ants? That will make it pretty hard to mark someone if they have to touch them for 3 seconds without being seen. Also don't like that having too many marks makes the teleportation slower, the fact that the ability puts further restrictions on itself after being created without the use being aware until they figure it out seems like a massive problem. I do like that he can teleport freely within his En though and I can understand putting a restriction on being able to teleport others within his En, maybe work on having his An be more malleable like pitou's like he could point it all in one direction increasing his teleport distance without having to mark something, obviously decreases his awareness of the area but could be intersting. I m also wondering how nen abilities work with restructuring them like if you come up with a better restriction in the future can you change them? Obviously this could either weaken or strengthen the ability depending on the change but is it even possible? i can't remember anything like that from the series but it's been a while since I've watched/read it. Also wondering if you could do something similar to manga i read ages ago I can't remember the name but it was about magic and their abilities were granted based on rituals they completed like the main character had to defeat a certain number of creatures using only a broom to develop his broom magic & another had to be cut thousands of times to develop a healing ability i think of the ability to turn his blood into blades? Can't remember. Just popped into my head when I was thinking of how Killua could transmute his nen to electricity because of his torture experience without needing to add conditions/restrictions. Anyway I feel like I will keep going forever if I don't stop now, still enjoying the story and looking forward to seeing what other abilities you come up with for both Marcus and your OCs.
