Chapter 12

"Oh my fucking gosh!" I clutched Jide’s sleeves as I noticed a large white and lavender vanity table in the far distance.

"Calm down, woman. We have all the time in the world" I groaned

"But its so pretty!" I pulled him towards the beautiful vanity table and I almost gasped. My hand grazed the intricate designs that were on it. It reminded me of beauty.

"You want it?" Joseph asked with my hand still linked in his and I nodded eagerly.

"Alright. So is that all you that you want?" he asked and I sighed. I had already picked out new chairs, bed frame, and wardrobe.

"Yeah. I’m good. Besides, I’m tired"

"Don’t you want that puppy anymore?" My eyes widened and I screamed before jumping into his arms. He chuckled and spun me around.

"I do! I do!" I clapped, still in his arms.
