But... isn't erasing Azula's memories basically killing her? Every individual/personality is the sum of one's memories gathered since birth. If you erase the memories and replace them with other ones, that basically kill the old Azula and creates a new one. They may look the same, but you might as well talk to an entirely new person.
What makes us who we are are our memories, erase someone's memories and you would kill them. The author decided to kill Azula to end her relationship with the MC, I had already prepared to accept the end of their relationship, but I cannot accept that it ends like this. Unfortunately I can't continue this story ... it's sad ...
Well, that's not what I expected... I think the situation with azula could have been handled better. And I don't mean just not doing it, looking at it from a purely neutral standpoint, there was no other way to help azula. I just wish it happened over the course of a little more chapters, then I might care more. That seems to be a constant with this story. I really like the ideas for story beats, they're cool and innovative. But they happen too fast for me to care. For example: the time when Akira was trapped in the spirit realm and being tortured for years upon years. The fact that each part happened in one chapter killed any impact that it could have had. Now I still love this story, I just felt this comment was necessary. Keep writing and being awesome, the one update a day is incredible.
