I believe you're overestimating Orochimaru here, with Fuyona's Kekken Genkai, his status as a Jinchuuriki and now his sage mode, someone like Orochimaru shouldn't hold a candle for the mc, the current him is more them enough to defeat even Pain.

Do MC planning to break Yagura from Obito genjutsu? I never see any fanfic where Yagura broke off from genjutsu and start repairing Kirigakure, almost all fanfic the MC help rebel and fall in love with Mei. Its gonna be interesting tho with Yagura broke off from genjutsu

The logical thing would be for the MC to tear the snake to pieces, after all 3 years before he managed to fight a Kage and even killed him with the help of his Bijuu, a Kage that was extremely improved by the author, if Fuyona had fought a Kage of Mei or Darui's level he could have won without help. Now he is an *****, an ***** with senjutsu, I think Fuyona is the perfect opponent for resistant Bugs like Orochimaru or elusive ones like Obito, he can simply freeze them at any time, preventing any regeneration or escape.
