Ty4the chapter. Just wondering, will you use characters like Fugi, Pakura and Chiyo in the fic? I mean, it would be a lazy work if Fu doesn't finish Rasa (or at least permanently injure him) at this point. Suna will need a new Kage if Rasa dies or cannot fight anymore because of injuries.

Thanks for the chapter. Why not have the mc learn the Steaming Danger Tyranny Jutsu of the Second Mizukage. This Jutsu is an "infinite explosion ninjutsu" where the Mizukage creates a clone — which resembles a chibi version of himself — made from the oil and water in his body. Also, you can have the mc fuse some Hōzuki clan genes or DNA into himself and try to learn the Hydrification Technique.
