ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE

{A FEW HOURS AGO}

I knocked on the door twice and waited for a response. My eyes swept over the newly painted white duplex with an exquisite garden.

The flowers brought a smile to my face.

The old man must really love gardening. These flowers were so well taken care of.

"I'm coming" I heard a voice coming from inside the house.

Not less than a minute later, the door was opened and I saw an old man before me.

He had grey hair which flowed down to his beards and his brown eyes were filled with warmth. He was wearing a brown cotton shirt underneath black trousers with suspenders and an apron was hanging from his neck.

"Hello, how may I help you?" He smiled at me.

"Hello, sir. Do you perhaps know Mr. Scott Blair?" I asked.
