melatonin, also helps for sleep. also just getting some sun, 1/2 hour might help you body naturally get some and will help with falling asleep. Read a boring book always put me sleep, school text book does the trick for me. LoL.

I would recommend Nexium or Prevacid for your ulcer twice a day. This is what is usually prescribed in the states for ulcers. yeah no coffee for sure, sorry. I hope you feel better.
