After doing this and getting no response from the police but rather getting looks of disgust he burned his uniform by producing fire from him from his body and flying up like a meteorite. Fire was also coming out of his legs so he looked like iron man. The man cackled and put out more fire this time he's up in the air naked his willy hanging in plain sight. Whoosh he dashed out of there.

His newfound strength was visible he had clear muscles now but now they were a little more defined. His strength was 50 a normal person strength was 8 or 12 and the strength of a award building body builder was 40. Now imagine Seung hyuk, he didn't look like he was an award winning body builder but a average person who goes to the gym the only difference he's strong as f*ck. Normally dragons have their strength as 200 so he's not the strongest but for a human he's definitely strong.
