I don't know why but that eve feels useless. She just there. I hope you have some plans for her. I mean i get the illusion parents part. But how can she enrolled in schools. She doesn't have any records or paper. Better if she's not in the story. Or at least minimun as a summon. And why the hell mc not copy any abilities in the times he grew up. You just showed that he copied his grandpa's, that's it. I mean all those years growing, he would meet peoples with random skills or abilities. Like languages, knowledges, etc.
I hate time skipping... the MC has an amazing ability and potential in a world that offers endless opportunities for him to quickly better himself. Despite the nature of his abilities he supposedly spent six years living like a recluse and when he finally uses his power it’s to copy the ability of his grandfather... okay, we should respect our elders and their is something to be said about experience, I guess, but if he tried to spend time outside he could stumble across any number of overpowered super-humans to jumpstart his journey to the peak. To show just how steadfast he can be, after another timeskip we find that the MC spends the majority of two more decades accomplishing very little. Apparently there’s been no sign of his power growing and no development towards his ‘girlfriend’. He wasted a quarter century with a power designed for speedy development trying to get close to Captain America... and becoming a cook. Your story makes no sense now. Are we supposed to believe that one day this lazy MC decides to end his 25 year nap and do something with himself and his power?
