CHAPTER 46: Are We The Same? (Part 1)

*Flashback*

I look around the livingroom obnoxiously to make sure that all is set and good.

Everything has to be good and chic and elegant. Everything has to be perfect, he must love everything in here. I'd feel embarrassed and so ashamed if he doesn't enjoy this afternoon with me in my apartment.

Well, technically it's not MY apartment. I live here with my roommate Betty and she's also the only friend I have in this big city.

It's kind of a small house, I mean too small for two girls to live in and that's by Betty's standards and the rest of the world. But for me it's cool and comfortable.

I literally live all my life in rooms that are no bigger than the bathroom we have in this house, so I'm a bit grateful of what I have now.

Even if it means that I have to share with someone else.
