The Final Fool
Well.... that went to shit really fast.... It's basically already a pile of cliches at this point.... How can a novel have so many plot holes in the second chapter.... A school that can make you immortal.... That defeats the purpose of the school in the first place as why would you want to transfer knowledge when its not like it can get lost with time and death and for free no less.... The only reason I could think for this to happen is if the person is abnormally talented or has a special skill that can't be replicated... and would be helpful in research when they are up to speed Which is not the case as the quality or the recruits is said to be bad... But for people that have cracked immortality, I can bet there is too little they don't know or can't find out in their infinite lives.... Then there is also the matter of the tests... If you used hogwarts as example .... I can't imagine them doing their tests after sending an admission letter... In this novel it's not like the tests are cumbersome and can't be carried out before admission.... And the children where basically there for 3hrs before the start... The whole thing could have been done before they were even awake and giving them their results in private.... It would make more sense as a school isn't meant to be a competition against one another , so, there Is really no need to even announce the results by none verbal means in this case.... The entire concept is flawed from my perspective ..... Really disappointing
Naturally the MC will be treated like crazy, with even the dean who supposedly knows about his talent joining in. Probably with cryptic looks, wry smiles and BS about how you need to polish a diamond or whatever, meanwhile the MC dies 5 times, is left hanging by a thread, and only makes it through by the most ridiculously plot-armoriest of plot armor.
