Breakthrough

Emery returned to the Alvanic palace with Queen Sonhee, the two of them flying swiftly through the air. The journey was a blur of emotions for Emery—exhilaration from his breakthrough mixed with a lingering sense of unease from the recent battle. The destruction of Mo Yan's domain and the subsequent upheaval in his own domain had left him rattled.

Upon arrival, the queen escorted Emery to a private chamber, a serene and secluded space within the palace where he could handle the aftermath of his breakthrough in solitude.

Emery sat in a lotus position, closing his eyes to fully check on his physical and spiritual condition.
