. Little chracter development. Same with character design. Story development first is good untill the fight with Im. After that he seals himself in this Tower and some no name characters come and go through the improtant points in one piece history. At thistime it's just skimming the chapters for me cause the chapter semm very dull. Random characters pop out of nowehre and gets extremly confusing.

( + ) kingdom-building fanfiction. the length of each chapter is correct and for the moment the updates are regular. ( - ) The downside to remember before reading this novel is the spelling mistakes that jump out like Gaurds instead of Guards. This is why i put 3stars for writings quality. Moreover, the character design is slightly lacking. indeed, due to the number of secondary characters, the author does not manage to give them a sense and a background enough pushed. This why I put 4 stars for the characters designs.

It`s a good hooking story with an emphasis on kingdom building. Honestly a good read for someone who has time on their hands and is a fan of one piece.
