The Keys
"Oh is that so? Then don't worry. I don't care at least my rent will come within this month. But if he didn't pay again then I'm gonna kill him."
"I know mom, you are just pretending. You were so worried about him earlier." Lara thought.
Then she went back to her room to prepare to enter the university tomorrow.
Meanwhile in Jay's Room...
Jay after getting dressed up makes some instant noodles and starts eating.
He switched his TV on.
"80 B-Rank hunters have been injured and 15 C-Rank hunters are dead. This is a complete massacre. The civilians are in danger, we need immediate help..."
The news was showing how many hunters were brutally killed by the mosters that had appeared out of a BLUE gate.
In this world, Gates are classified based on their colour and ranks. There are 5 different colours of gates that has been found till date. RED, BLACK, BLUE, YELLOW and WHITE.
White Gate is the weakest gates among all other gates which is classified usually within D to F rank gates. Yellow gate lies between C to E.
The Blue gate usally between A to C and the Black gate is usually S rank gate and rarely A rank.
Till date there has been only one encounter with the RED gate which transcends the S-Rank. It was 10 years ago in America. It had caused a large scale destruction and no hunter could possibly imagine the size of the gate. It was as if it was the last day of humanity. But for some reason the gate closed on its own and humanity was saved.
Hence, that gate which was RED in colour was ranked as the most dangerous gate.
"Tsk, such powerless people."
Jay was arrogant for a second but then he suddenly realised what he was saying.
"What am I saying? Ain't I weak too? Just because I have system and some of the Black dragon's power, doesn't mean that I am invincible. In fact it was just luck due to which I could escape."
He was doubting on his thinking. He didn't want to feel powerless again. Somehow when he saw the news he was reminded of the time when once he was weak and shivering in fear.
"Okay, now the only thing that I can do it get stronger. I had already decided to become the strongest and now I have the opportunity so let's grab it."
He was now fully determined to take on any challenges that would come in his life. He didn't want to give up easily.
"So, my most important power and benefactor is the SYSTEM. Let's know more about it... oh wait, hadn't I got some keys from the gut of the Serpent?"
He shouted, "System, show keys in the storage."
The System opened and opened the storage.
There were totally 6 keys including the key that he used to exit the Portal.
"Hmm, so what are the information about the keys, let's see one by one."

Jay had now understood 4 keys and was planning on how to use them. But at the same time the remaining 2 keys kept on bugging him. Especially the last Key, which was called as the Black Dragon Palace's Key.
