In the few instances where harems are done really well and are not just catch em all type, the women are already close friends if not best friends. The harems Ive actually liked are ones where sharing is more of the women becoming family with eachother on top of loving the same guy . Tonk and Tory while amicable arent really that close. Surely not close enough to share a man.

Dont. Just don't. There is literally ZERO reason to add in another girl. It would ruin what you have already written. Your mc's character as well as the character of Tori would be need to be completely rewritten in order for you to even think about adding another girl to the mix. You may as well rewrite the entire story if you want to add tonks in to the relationship. She has had literally zero interaction with Adean outside of Hogwarts, and the interactions she did have with him were not romantic in any sense of the word. He helped her study. that's it. Adding a relationship to what you have already written will ruin what you have built so far.

Actually adding tonks to their rel. is doable. The others keep saying that tory wouldn't allow it, but tbh? She and tonks would get along very well. You can make it a slow burn thing like tonks likes aedan but doesn't admit it to herself then tory would be the first one to notice then she'll have a girl talk with tonks to help her sort her feelings or something. There's already a foundation so it won't really seem a forced pairing. So you can just capitalize on it if you want to go along with that pairing

if sirius makes her the heiress back you can make it so that a contract can pop up and they make do or you can have vicky find out that she likes him and have it going from there because tonks is one of my favourites

It kinda depends on how you want to deal with her metamorph status. It's kinda too late to naturally include concubine status or multiple lordships that most harem fanfics go for as an excuse for these relationships, but a metamorphmagus can be in a legally gray area with their gender. You could use bigoted bias to mean that their status isn't exactly human, kinda like some fanfics treat veela, making it legal for one to do whatever it is that you wish for your fanfic. Regardless of how you go for it, I think it would only work if Tonks and Tory are into each other as well. The idea that a woman would be ok with sharing her man because he has so much love to give is rather asinine.
