That's the name of this particular organization of scientists who had secretly conducted a number of unethical experiments and illegal researches for decades. Their clandestine operations lasted until the destructive explosion two months ago. It was reported as an accident that had no clear cause. 

Unsurprisingly, the August and Remilly families were just some of their core members. Along with them, other affluent figures had contributed to the organization's numerous projects, including conglomerate owners, media people, and even government officials. A few of these people turn out to be involved in building the new city that Lyssandre is currently leading.

"Neos Aion, huh..." Lucien thought out loud as his intent gaze continued drilling holes on the paper.
