I think you messed up this chap, Danzo would never be so quiet, plus hiruzen would never question Danzo. Even after he knew about Danzo assassinating him, hiruzen forgave him. It's like Naruto and sasuke. Plus, no one would be so calm if you threaten them to reveal village secrets to others and even abandoning with the whole clan.

I think this messed up everything, this feels more like an hostile takeover, i would put itachi and sasuke (and obito) in a genjutsu to make them believe that that canon happened,mc “died” but with the help of third hokage and henge no jutsu, he gets a new identity so it won’t mess the timeline, while the uchihas hide and create a secret village, till the moment sasuke is about to kill itachi, get their memories back... cause danzo wasnt the only one that planned killing the uchihas, black zetsu and obito were part of it too... thats why obito freed the kyubi, cause the uchihas does have chances of escaping the infinite tsukuyomi and ruin their plans, did you forgot who helped itachi killing the uchiha? Obito... that wont mess the timeline much about root anbu that would have stolen uchihas bodies (put them in a genjutsu were they saw itachi burning the bodies with amaterasu) that’s just tips, cause if he’s supposed to keep the timeline close enough, he would never can sabe the uchihas openly, to much of a difference, they being alive and in konoha... lots of stuff would be different But hey that just a theory My BookTheory (Just an advice XD)

Spouting stuff with no proofs.. This behavior is like hostile takeover, although he didn't take over kage position, he threatening all releasing info to other villages make him and Uchiha potential traitor will revolt if thing is not going his way.. This make other clan shun his clan out..

Why did he scour for jutsu inside black zetsu? Didn't his mind palace already have all of it?

...This feels so wrong, the way he's acting and threatening them. I was honestly expecting him to get jumped by them the entire time, like we know he's fine since he's OP but they dont know that, to them some random talented 7 year old walks in, shows absolutely no respect and starts threatening them. In other words they seem way too passive about this if you get what I'm saying. It just feels weird to me.
