CHAPTER 167

XAVIER'S POV

"Hello?"

"Hey, listen. It's Luna."

Why would Luna be calling me this late?

"Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, listen. I just got a call from Ophelia's doctor. They are taking her off the anaesthesia."

"Wait what? How? T- This soon? I- H- Has she completely healed?"

Luna sighed.

"You really are an over- thinker."

"What?"

"Nothing, yeah she is healed. Sure she will need to stay at the hospital for a few days, but nothing serious. Or that's what the doctor said. Just come to the hospital, will you? She would want to meet you before any of us. You know it."

I grinned and kept the phone. 

She would want to meet me. 

Oh, God I can't believe it. I wanted to jump around and tell everyone that Ophelia fought. I wanted to tell them that I would gt to hold her again. 

That she was here. 

That she wasn't being taken away from me.
