Friends? Family?

Dazzle looked at David shocked and speechless. She was staring at his dark eyes, all that she saw was pain mixed with happiness.

She came back to reality as she heard him telling, "I want revenge too. We are on the same side."

Dazzle looked at David confused and saw that David didn't tell her anything but was staring at her.

She also heard, "Why do you look fine without me?"

Dazzle realised that she had her mind-reading stone in her hand. She used it as an opportunity and asked, "You didn't die?"

David chuckled and said, "Do you think two bullets will kill me?"

David, who knows well about magic and the mind-reading stone, before Dazzle would ask anything else wore his pendant.

Dazzle tried to read his mind but she couldn't hear anything.

Dazzle wondered, "How come his mind went blank all of the sudden?"

Dazzle remembered how she used David's love to escape from him and how he was ready to kill her.

Dazzle took a few steps back and walked away. Lisa came running towards Dazzle.

Lisa whispered, "Did you use the mind-reading stone?"

Dazzle nodded but before she could explain a strong cold hand pulled her into an embrace.

Lisa tried to pull Dazzle back from David. But David tightened his grip and hugged Dazzle.

David said, "You need a stone to read me but I can read your mind without any magic."

Dazzle said, "Leave me, David."

David asked, "Are you sure you want me to leave you?" Dazzle thought for a few moments.

Honestly, she doesn't. She wanted to hug David and get his warmth.

His hands made her feel secure but Dazzle also kept on reminding her that, those are the hands she must be secured from, the hands that killed her father.

Dazzle said, "No...I don't want you to hug me." David loosened his grip and Lisa immediately pulled Dazzle away from David.

David said, "Fine. Dazzle you can be away from me now but not always. But right now, I want to tell you something.

The Pendant ruined my life. I always wanted to find more about it but it moved on once it found my intentions.

I don't understand why it didn't move away from you. I think this means Liam's soul is still in the pendant but once his soul vanishes completely...you will be in danger...

The world may be in danger too.

Lisa asked, "How can we trust you?" David smirked and said, "It's not like you didn't trust me already." looking at Lisa to Dazzle.

Lisa remembered how she hid her first meet with David to Dazzle yesterday and kept quiet.

Dazzle said, "We have to discuss it." and turned away but David stopped her and said, "Take me with you."

Dazzle looked at him and said, "No..." David said, "So you want me to make you accept it brutally."

Lisa said, "Ugh...Dazzle...let's take him to Noah and KL."

Dazzle nodded and glared at David who was smirked widely.

Lisa said to Dazzle, "This is so annoying and ... scary."

Dazzle asked, "What?" Lisa said glancing at David, "Him controlling us."

Dazzle nodded and said, "I was the one who wished he was alive but now I take back my wish."

Dazzle continued, "I kinda felt he was alive though." Lisa looked at Dazzle and nodded.

David who was walking behind them asked, "What are you ladies talking about?"

Dazzle smoothly turned away and ignored him while Lisa said, "We were talking about our friend."

David asked, "Who?"

Dazzle said, "None of your business." David replied, "Come on...I thought we are friends and a family."

Lisa yelled and said, "NOT YET...DISCUSS AND THEN...AHHHHHH."

Dazzle hugged Lisa to calm her down while David was enjoying himself.

Dazzle glared at David and they both walked away.
