He didn't get the sand manipulation but alchemy instead so it's not a loss. And with the sphinx he can now target those that truly died, apart from the illusion bloodline that will give him the illusion world but not manipulation, not a loss. The phoenix bloodline is op but without fire manipulation and with the phoenix not creating a super technique because of sleep it has limited potential. Well, Felix is on his road to OPness thanks to the sphinx, even if all she wants is to kill him
