"Huh," Shay Zephanie mused. She really didn't expect much from Lotty's response. However, it wasn't far from the truth.

Frankly, Shay Zephanie didn't really care what he was feeling or if he even felt anything at all. The man was half crazy. It was hard to tell if he still has some humanity left in him.

"Wouldn't you want to know how Ava would feel instead? You didn't tell her exactly what kind of retaliation we will be doing," Shay Zephanie looked away, letting her gaze fall on the window of Hero's apartel. Her vision was teased by a series of lights coming from the different buildings on the outside.
