I almost never see support MC's in VR game novels so I'm excited to see how this turns out.

Okay, I'm about 15 paragraphs into the chapter. You really need to get a proof reader or two. I'm seeing a lot of missing words, or incorrect turn if phrase, (could be either). As well as a few other grammatical problems. It pops you out if immersion in the text every time you hit it. If you want someone to proof read your work for free just let me know. Good luck.

This is some good stuff, but to make it flow better and not sound like a school essay you could use words like "he drew his sword" instead of "the man etc"
