Ignis Saw this and decided to Recall Gible for now since his Charmander Was already close to Evolving. He only neede a tiny bit of stimulation so Fishing out Charmander's Pokeball, Ignis Threw it in the air and From there, Charmander Came out with a small roar.

" Voltorb, Roll out ! "

Under super Nerd's Command, Voltorb began to Roll and Charged at Charmander. Charmander saw this and Without Any need for Ignis' Directions, Charmander Immediately Dodged to the side.

Voltorb Crashed At the wall behind Charmander's Previous Spot and Bounced Back towards Charmander. Not expecting this, Charmander Wasn't able to evade on time and was struck At his Back.

Charmander was sent flying, Groaning. Voltorb, Who felt That he had successfully Attacked His opponent, Exited His roll out state and Laughed That sounds like he was mocking Charmander.

Charmander Herd himnd clearly Felt the mocking Tone in his voice. Standing up, Charmander's flame at the Tail Enlarged and Began to Burn Fiercely.

Ignis Saw this and Couldn't help but Be thrilled. Why? Because He knew That although Charmander Was now able to use his Hidden Ability, ' Blaze ' , It's power Was Less Stronger Than The ' Blaze ' in his Enraged State.

And as he predicted, Charmander Let out a roar and sent A Flamethrower As Thick as Ignis' Legs. Voltorb Saw this and Immediately dodged to the side but Charmander began to turn on his direction, While using Flamethrower Simultaneously causing it to Grow Closer and nearer to Voltorb.

Super nerd saw the impending Crisis and immediately Ordered Voltorb what to do.

" Voltorb, Immediately use Roll out and charge at Charmander's side! "

Voltorb Heed his command and began to Roll Vertically and Charged at Charmander Beside the moving Flamethrower Right away.

Voltorb Carefully Kept his distance from the pillar of Flamethrower for about 10 Cm but he Can still feel the High Temperature Coming out of it.

Voltorb continued on rolling towards Charmander Who saw him Getting closer to him.

" Charmander, Use Ember to the Ground In front of you. "

Charmander immediately executed his Order and sent a massive ember on the ground in front of him, Sending smoke and dust to the air.

Super nerd Saw how the situation Developed and grew nervous for Voltorb Who was rolling towards the Smoke Direction. After hesitating for a few seconds, Super nerd Told Voltorb To back away from the smoke immediately and much to his luck, A strong pillar of Flamethrower suddenly came out Of the smuke and Struck the Supposed to be Location of Voltorb Who backed away under his trainer's Direction.

Sweat Began to Dropped At Voltorbs Back,T thinking what would be his outcome if he trainer didn't Told him to Back away on time.

While super nerd was celebrating for his decisiveness, He suddenly saw Faint Light On the smoke and he immediately felt His heart jumped to his throat. Flustered, Super nerd Yelled At Voltorb.

" Voltorb, Use Thunder bolt at full power, Quickly! "

Voltorb Heard his trainer's Panicking voice and was confused Why he was acting like that for a moment before Doing what he was told to do.

Yellow Arcs of Electric began to ooze out of his body until His whole body was now Enveloped by Lightning. As Voltorb was charging A full powered Thunder bolt, He saw a flamethrower Coming out of the smoke but Voltorb Couldn't help but Swallow his Saliva in nervousness. this was because the Flamethrower That came out this time was Many times more Bigger and powerful than the Ones from earlier.

Voltorb Wished that he had an extra reserve for electricity so he was able to Charge Electric in a much Faster pace on situations like this. Sweat drenched his back as he saw the Flamethrower grew nearer.

Then, Voltorb Felt the signal he was waiting for and Immediately released the Cooked up Thunder bolt on his body towards the Incoming Flamethrower.

The Thunder bolt as thick as A man's Arm and the huge Flamethrower Met and clashed, Sending Flicks of Lightning and Flame on every direction.

Now, It had became the battle of endurance. Super Nerd was already Sweating profusely As he watched the Clash Of his Voltorbs full power Thunder bolt against The All Powerful Flamethrower.

The clash lasted for about 40 seconds before Voltorb's thunder bolt Slanted and Headed on charmander's Direction while the flamethrower Rushed towards him. Voltorb Felt The lack of resistance just like earlier and opened His eyes to look at the situation which is something that He regretted ding from then onwards.

Tears escaped From Voltorb's eyes and a Sob Came out of his mouth. he saw a Massive pillar of flame Right in front of his face and Could only Sob Tearfully.

The pillar of flame struck him and Smoke filled around Him as An explosion Occurred. The same goes with Charmander as The Powerful Thunder Bolt struck him, Stimulating the cells on his body.

Charmander began to scream in pain and when the Thunder bolt Dispersed, Charmander slumped to the ground as smoke Wafted Out from his body.

Super Nerd and Ignis waited if One of their pokemons Will stand up. They waited and waited before a sound of Flesh rubbing in the ground Resounded throughout the now silent cave.

Super nerd was energized for a moment before disappointment Filled his face as Ignis' Eyes Lit up with joy as he watch Charmander Stood up and Glow Brightly.

' Finally! '

Ignis watched as The light enveloping Charmander began to Enlarge and Rough outlines different from Charmander's Previous one began to Shift.

The light enveloping Charmander dispersed As a a Scarlet Pokemon with some Similar features With Charmander Came out.

Ignis' Charmander Evolved Into Charmaleon!
