For those demonic clans that did not send any representative, they were beaten into submission by the powerful demonic clans that hailed the Abyssal Null Goddess as supreme leader; it was because the demonic clans that had submitted to the Abyssal Null Goddess were all the powerful demonic clans. 

Now the Minor Dark Phantom Citadel was even more renowned than the Major Dark Phantom Citadel and that was because that was where the Abyssal Null Goddess had her residence.
