Since he is already in the house then after thrashing him 4 the trash he has become, they should all sit down n discuss a few things calmly otherwise this will only endanger their lives more. Exchange info n deal with things in a planned manner while keeping a distance in public. The personal issues can be kept aside n discussed a little later. Surely Su Xi also needs a break from seeing his face for now. She can control Gu Yan by provoking his ego since he thinks that he is all high n mighty but is just a puppet in the hands of his grandmother. He can think later as to which is his true family - his wife n children who love him with their all or his Gu family filled with vultures. For now it seems like a Mensa challenge challenge to his cotyledon-sized brain. Also, Su Xi should explain to Ye Nian what will happen to her n her future life as another puppet if she enters the Gu family now. I think in the end Ye Shan would be the most sensible one!
This is such a disappointment. It's understandable that he turned out this way due to the Gu family's selfish genes n the guidance of his obnoxious grandmother. But wasn't this guy supposed to be smart? How come I hvn't seen a shred of his inate intelligence till now? Every time he opens his mouth, it reminds me of a clown trying to jump. Why can't he retrospect like a normal human n think through everything that has happened till now. Half the things r in front of his face already. He just needs to look. Even a fifth grader can think more rationally than this 'intelligent' guy. Moreover why doesn't this simple thought cross his mind that one day when he regains his memories, will he be the Gu Yan of 2-3 yrs or the guy he lived as for 37 yrs of his life. He already knows how precious their relationship used to be even though he doesn't remember or feel it but how can he even make himself do such a despicable thing when he might have to be answerable to himself in the future?? It's so obvious he planned it since he knew to take photos n also knew that she came home in someone else's car when he was sitting inside the house. He was the one behind the punctured tyres n if he truly had issues with Su Xi then he would hv talked to her in private n not mislead the children n smile about it. This is too much. How can he even show his face in front of the kids n call himself their father?? N also her kids make me speechless. When a family faces crisis, they look after each other despite having differences n not liking each other. But their behavior is beyond me. Everyone is in their own sweet world. With how much they hv gone through one would think it would make then open their eyes n mature a bit more since its the natural instinct of family to protect each other. But I can see none of that especially in Ye Nian. Even for a troubled teenager it's too much. She has seen what happened to her father a few yrs back n those ppl r still after their lives n for God's sake Ye Shing's injuries hv not even healed n she is bothered that she can't take her idiotic classmates' brainless gossiping anymore. She really needs to set her priorities right n I don't get why Ye Shing being the eldest doesn't try to explain things 2 her patiently since he has already noticed her line of thinking. I feel really sad for the mother. Somehow I really can't forgive Ye Nian, not for her impulsiveness n vulnerability but for her brainlessness n self-centeredness in the midst of a familial existential crisis. Also that time when her boyfriend said the most abominable things about her mother but forget fighting for her mother's honour she didn't even rebuke it in her mind. It's utterly shameful on her part n can't be blamed on her immaturity as a teenager. Sorry for the long post author but I find many things to be truly frustrating as a person. Also I think it would be better if Su Xi can come up with a better security stategy to protect themselves. From the beginning, the security seems non-existent n she even has to run from her father's bodyguards. N I feel bad for Ye Huo to think that he became the type of person he hated for yrs - her father.
