Would be great if every group would require tokens and blood - that way the annoying Umbral sect would be locked out (unless fate dictates that a member is also a descendant - but unlikely).

Normally, it would be sobe exploration with a lot of danger. What type doesnt matter. However, suiyan is used to do some random things that dont follow logic. My guess is that the city is still alive and kicking.
