Since you explained the rose 🥀 as being there to balance things out, if magic exist maybe have some sort of anti-magic petal, the color is yours to decide of course, but I would suggest a tone of grey. You should make a multi color petal for the 4 main elements (fire,air,water,earth) he can't actually make the elements that should be a separate petal but it would work by the petal has a area of effect (like a bubble) and in that are he can control all 4 elements but you can make it so he has to train his control of the elements not be immediately avatar level. Another thing you can do is make it so he has master one element before he can use the next and can make it so 1/4 of the petal has color then when he master the element it gains another 4th of its color just to make more interesting or he unlockes all 4 at the same time and he learns to combine them to get different sub elements to control.(yeah I kinda wrote to much😅)

Silver. A master/possesion power. It lets him posses people or machines. It would be OP as hell. He could posses a computer and get technopathy. He could posses a plane or car/truck and get something like autobots. He could posses Thors hammer and get his powers which after he gives it away still makes him strong as an Asgardian.
