Ok this character is supposedly 1000 years old but inner monologue is like and irreverant ****. I just feel actions,thought process etc should be more mature.

for me at the beginning Alanis seemed rather a "nice" guy - and I'm sure he is - but apparently he is very strong, can defend himself and doesn't mind a fight. i like it :-) and I'm sure I'm going to like Alanis & Beau together
