Wow!! Jam-packed!! At first, it seemed obvious: reaching back to James, for a Love lost... kill or be killed to get it. But then the whole "opposite" thing. Hmm. Opposite his Fam - maybe she's descendant of those who killed his parents? Could cards be deeper? Or, Opposite of a "night" creature with black wings = some being of light, purity, white wings... ANGEL??

Oh wow I think I see where this is going. Cal said to Maddie that he hoped she will save him. Since Cal is a "vampire" he is a creature of the dark. Plus he has black wings and asked Maddie not to say anything. So I'm thinking if he is dark she is light. I think she is a super natural being as well. She has white wings I would bet. There are no such things as coincidence.

Does the last card mean that Maddie is a destructor? When the reader said something is coming back to reach out for her, could it be a Bond that Calhoun had with her centuries ago? And now its bonded soul & memories are trying to connect with her? The reader’s reading is truly deep. 🧐

Alright everyone, what is the direct opposite of a vampire? I have my own suspicions and I can't wait to see if they are correct. I am excited that we are finally getting some understanding as to who Maddie is, that she is not just the small town girl that everyone thinks she is, but, as I am sure many of us had guessed already, so much more. Now to wait and see what Calhoun digs up lol.

Hmmm so she is not a simple human, this chapter has my mind wrapped all over it. Why do i have a feeling this has something to do with Maddie’s aunt?! Also she will be her saviour?! He is the destructor and she also has death in her readings but it all depends on which path shes going to choose. The easiest thing would be to beLieve it has something to do with her choice between James and the King but why i have the feeling this is just to easy and actually something bigger its coming?

oh dear. I hope in the end it will still be a happy ending after the whatever storm and destruction coming their way.

considering that calhoun isnt like the rest of the vampires and that he might be an actual demon, madeline is most likely an angel or a creature of light (which could be numerous things)
