I can feel Maddie’s fear too...... Calhoun seemed to be more gentle to Maddie as Each day goes by did you realise that? He is only playing with words with a tease but it no longer scares Maddie. 💕
Thank you for the bonus chapter Ash 💕💕 I was happy to see James keep his mouth shut this time and do his job, but I can not wait to see what happens to him, he has no real concern for his life after all. And a card reader, this will be quite interesting indeed and Maddie will find out that not all of them are shams, after all this is someone Calhoun knows.
Interesting to see the new odd turn of events happening to Madeline and curious to see if Calhouns plans for James will work out. I’m thinking Madeline is definitely with the right partner the King seems cruel but his actions speak volumes about his true characteristics. Can’t wait to see the next chapters! Definitely there is something more to it. Calhoun is always a calcilative person, he will get to the bottom of it soon, and then there will be some interesting events happening after that which I am anticipating though I donno what exactly will happen. How stupid and stubborn a person can be,? That too towards the king and his woman. One should move on when it is time to do so otherwise he'll be digging his own grave.
Soo excited for the extra chapter!!!! Made my night! I needed my Calhoun fix lol. Wicked curious about what’s going on with Maddie. Someone magically making the glass disappear is a different level than controling her body to get get her to jump out a window. Thank God Calhoun is so in tune with her. Eeeek can’t wait to find out. Also, poor James, very awkward. He needs to move on, but Calhoun loves rubbing salt in wounds and also wants James to slip up to give Cal an excuse to kill James.
