Feng Xi checked her father's pulse once more, then tidy him up a bit before walking over to the next room. After the incident with the doctors, Feng Xi ordered the whole floor locked down. No one was allowed in without her permission. There other doctors that were restrained were quietly silenced in another room. At this point, anyone who was with the culprit was an accomplice to Feng Xi. With no exception, she would have them quietly taken care of. She knew it was wrong to do such a thing but her father's life and her own were at stake right now. They were fighting against an enemy that did not care for laws or human rights. They were determined to kill her so she would kill anyone involved.
Feng Xi couldn't help but think that she seemed to be very blood thirsty since being reborn. It was a far contrast to how she was in her past life. She had never been this violent. But as she thought about it she never actually had time to show any of her real personality in her past life. She was too busy working or learning something new. But she did not hate this side of her either. Because this was the same way her father was. So at least she knew where she got it from.
Walking into the next room Feng Xi looked at the servant that was in really bad shape. Luckily Dai Fen personally saved this servant or he would have already been dead. The explosion took both of his legs and one of his arms. Part of his waist was missing as well. If he were to survive he would not be able to be like before. She walked over to the chart that the doctor had written up and let out a sigh. "He will be moved as well. As of now, he is our only witness as to what happened at the house. Plus… He was a servant of my General's Manor. Until he takes his last breath or wakes up I will make sure he stays alive. Jin'er I will have to bother you with one more person..."
"Xi'er these are your people. If you had abandoned them I would have been disappointed. But you are my Xi'er after all. I knew you wouldn't abandon your people. Setting up another room is no big deal. You don't even need to ask as of now my Jin Palace is now yours. You can do as you please within your own palace." Prince Jin walked up behind Feng Xin and hugged her waist.
Feng Xi leaned the back of her head into his chest. She truly felt tired now. Now that her body had finally relaxed, knowing her father was safe and that things will work out as long as they take things one step at a time. She could feel the tiredness of the day seeping in. The day had been both mentally and physically exhausting. Prince Jin's scent filled her nose making her feel even more tired. This was the scent of safety. A scent she fell asleep to every night.
"Jin'er let's go back to the other room. I still need to give my father a sponge bath and check the dressing on his wounds." Feng Xi said sleepily. She knew there was still more to do so she couldn't fall asleep just yet. She turned to Dai Fen and asked: "Where are the hackers?"
"They are in another room on this floor. Watching over all cameras of the hospital right now." Dai Fen answered.
"Okay find me a laptop as well. And put it in the room they are in. In a little bit, I will be over to have them help me with some things. Take some of the profit from the game company and stick it into my account a few million will do." Feng Xi wanted to dig out everything she could on those two families.
Once she had the evidence she would need to make sure this evidence got out and circulated well. This would mean needing to pay off a few magazine and newspaper companies to print it all. She would also spam it all over the web. Her first goal was to ruin the reputation the Jiang and Tang families had. She would take from them everything they treasured. Then when they were at the bottom struggling to climb back on to their feet she would swoop in and begin picking off each person in their families. She was not so cruel to kill a baby but this did not mean she was kind enough to let them stay with their parents either. She would nicely place them in an orphanage in another country some place. What happened to them after that was up to fate. Then she would begin whittling down the older generation. She wanted to instigate fear into these people. She wanted to watch as they tried to run and hide. Feng Xi was now taking revenge for two lifetimes. She would make sure that the revenge was satisfying for both her and for her father.
With Prince Jin's help, Feng Xi gave her father a sponge bath, carefully got him into a new set of robes, and changed his bedpan before heading to the room her hackers were in. When she pushed the door open she saw three people sitting around a table busy at work. Two males, one female. All three in their twenties. When they heard the door open the three quickly stood and bowed to Feng Xi.
"Boss we finally get to meet!" The only girl of the three smiled brightly and said. This girl's hair was a little messy. She wore a black jersey suit with white stripes going down its side and a thick pair of glasses adorned her face. On her head was two large rollers keeping her hair out of her face. But even with all this it still did not hide her beauty.
"I am sorry for calling you three out here on short notice. But I have work for you to do. "
