never did any patreon thing, but you can do so. it's your work, and you deserve support, just don't abandon it and end up only uploading on patreon (i know 1 author who did that, idk why rho). if your new into writing, better grow your audience first (number of collection, and active accounts) and discord i think? for closer communication with your patrons and fanbase.
