First of all sorry for delayed response. 1- Its a secret 2- All the revelation will start after they consumate their marraige- this is a big big trigger for many things. They will consummate around 275 chapter or so. 3- There has been mention of it that she gets in trouble when shes with Qing Shan and Qing Shan gets in trouble because of her. Its like a circle. Grandmother Qing explains this to Qing Shan. When there was no Qing Shan she was okay. When away from him she all good. Hope this explains.
