here's an idea, if you're reborn in Asia you don't have to pretend to be a baby, just start talking and walking from day 1. if people as just claim to be the Dalai lama and you're good to go. saves you years of waiting pretending to be a dumb baby. (if there's already a Dalai lama just say the other guy is fake and since you're a talking baby you're words hold more weight)
