Ok, so you want some inspiration? :D So I will write a few things that I have in mind. For interaction in audience, I would like to see Seirin react, especially those who don't know who he is. (that you showed in that visiting Seirin chapter). Another would be reactions of Mibuchi, Aone or other graduates from Tokiwadai. Maybe some insight into scouts (high school coaches), like talking to each other in stands, arguing about Shun and GoM, etc. Maybe even visit from Sarah Snow (like Alex came for Kagami she could come to see him play his peers as well) for Teiko match, I am not sure if you will make them face off in finals or sooner and her talking with those scouts or couches. And of course some Shun "Awesomeness".
I wanted to make recommendations for a while now so there it is - Something like "the stepover" of Allen Iverson (maybe against Akashi, first an ankle break, then a 3 and finally a step over. Mmmmm *lick lips* such humiliation) - I see perfectly "the block" by L. James against Mr. Giant, Kise or Aomine - Passes. But not just some passes. The passes from the best of our world (Magic, Stockton, Nash... you choose) - I have one particular pass in mind, one from Stockton (if I remember correctly). The one he began with a behind-the-back pass then use his elbow to send it the opposite side - Well, any kind of highlight you can find on the internet Anyway, rest well and come back in shape
I'd like to suggest 1. In their way through the finals I hope both teams shows their winning in different way like the TEIKO destroying their on the way because they are so talented and unstopabble. While the Shun's team winning by triple or double score margin but they planned on preserving their energy for the best. 2. In the first half of the match of the finals. Shun plays defensively and plays support point guard to proceed his plan in the following quarter. While in the third quarter he shows combination of rebound and scoring , finally in the last quarter i suggest that the whole teiko team chose to eat their pride to beat shun in Super talent and talent( That they didnt really show in anime because of the internal dispute) they realize how scary is Shun really is and chose to work as team to beat Shun. In the final minutes they lead atleast 8 or 7 point but Shun fired up and entered the zone which shocked the audience , coaches, scouts , announcers and the basketball community.I think its good if Shun barely win because if he lose I think he is not capable for his 3 Cheats/Wishes that he receives from God. In highschool He didnt have a chance to battle the GOM. Im not saying that Shun is not going to be motivated after beating his rival team TEIKO. In truth teiko really have the ability to beat Shun and his team but they didnt chose their 3 whole quarters to work as a team but played selfish and ignoring their weakness thats why they lose. 3. After the game some people suggest an kiss or some romantic scene with Momoi. Its not a bad idea but kissing in front of all people when yoire just 14 years old? I think thats kinda CRINGE OR IMPOSSIBLE? IF SOME PEOPLE HATE THIS THING THAT I STATED THATS FINE I DONT CARE ITS MY OPINION. I DONT ALSO CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION I JUST STATE IT TO MAKE SOME REALIZATION OR SO. 4.I Hope after the Finals which is vacation. The Fact that Shun is scouted by numerous people. I think its good if he gets a contact with basketball society from America and gets some training to improve because Its help him improve further and face the PEAK OF GOM because after they are defeated they start learning and covering their weaknesses. 5. In the opening of Highschool. Maybe Shun hit a growth spurt to hit 190cm or about that range , some improvement in his physique , wingspan etc. After training intense bodily routine for balance player like Shun , Height and speed is important factor against FORWARD OR CENTER THAT he can goes against the paint , pull up jumper , fade away. 6.I prefer that another romantic charater added in his Highschool or despite learning that Shun is already in a relationship. She didnt really giveup(Hardcore type) just additional comedy.
