Bidding bye to their parents...

After a month....

The online counseling was going and in the first round Kruthika got the one of the top college which she admired to get into. Kruthika and Madhusudan both went to the college which is in Bangalore to get the admission and join her to the hostel.

While Karthik and Madhavi stayed to look after the shop in Madhusudan's absence. Karthik got admission in Manipal University for his bachelor's in commerce. He still had fifteen days for his college to start, until then he thought to spend time with his family because after joining college he might not get long holidays.

Kruthika and Madhusudan returned home after two days. They were tired by the journey.

"So how did the admission go?", asked Madhavi.

"It went good. And hostel was also good. Kruthika show them the photos", said Madhusudan.

"Yeah. Mom this the room, it's three members sharing. It's spacious and they have washing machines. Hot water facility is given by solar and geyser. They give breakfast with coffee and tea, lunch has roti two kind of curry and rice and yogurt, evening they'll give snacks with milk and tea and at night same as afternoon", said Kruthika as showing the pics of the room, laundry room and mess. She was sitting beside her mother and Karthik was peeping into the mobile.

"Okay but do you know other roommates of your's. Like with whom will you be sharing the room", asked Madhavi.

"No, they didn't inform me about it but they'll let me know when I join there. That's what warden said", Kruthika said.

"When does the college start?", asked Karthik.

"Same day as yours", replied Kruthika with low voice.

"I wanted to see your college. You know. Dad, I'll go two days lately to my college. Please. I want to see his university. I said about this before the admission itself", Kruthika pleaded her father.

"Okay. As you wish", said Madhusudan.

"Manasa was asking about my college since very time I'll have to call her and inform", said Kruthika as she took the phone and called Manasa. Both talked for an hour and ended the call.

"Mom, before going to Bangalore, can I go out with Manasa for a movie or a day out?",asked Kruthika to her mom.

"Okay. But it should be done within this week", said Madhavi.

"Done", said Kruthika.

After thirteen days...

"Did you both begin your packing? Kruthika soon after leaving your bother we will leave you to the hostel. So even you should do your packing,quick!", said Madhavi came from kitchen.

Madhavi helped Karthik to pack his bag and Kruthika was packing her's slowly.

Karthik and Kruthika shared single room. There were two single cots just beside the two opposite walls of the room, there was a table lamp between them sticking to the wall. There were shelves in their side of bed to keep their books and clothes.

"Okay mom. I'll be as fast as tortoise", said Kruthika as she pushed her things from the shelves to her bag, "Why don't you lend me also a helping hand? Even I'm having my college starting at the same time as his"

"Didn't we discuss about it! I'll finish his today and pack your's tomorrow and we'll leave tomorrow night for Karthik's College. Now you pack as much as you can. Just don't sit idle we have so much work to be done", said Madhavi.

"How will you help when I would have finished my packing all by myself? Leave it then I don't need your help I can do it by myself. You just cross verify that I'm not missing anything. That's enough!", said Kruthika.

"Mom can I sleep by your side tonight?", asked Karthik when they both finished their conversation.

"Yeah. Ofcourse you can", said Madhavi.

"And I'll sleep beside father today", said Kruthika.

All of them were sad of leaving the house and going to another city for studying. They promised each other that they'll call atleast twice a day.

As the time passed the day came where Kruthika and Karthik have to bid a bye to the town, ofcourse they will return back to their home town but it'll never be as long as they have stayed before.

Madhusudan booked a car from the travel agency for three days. The car arrived at night to their home, everyone got in it with Karthik and Kruthika luggages. And morning they reached Manipal.

The University was amazing, Madhavi and Madhusudan were happy that he got into one of the best universities. Indeed Karthik has got best university than Kruthika. They shifted Karthik's luggage into his hostel room and set his room from for him. Later they just roamed the campus and had lunch in the cafeteria of university.

Then they moved to Bangalore, Karthik came along with them, they held Kruthika to set her luggage in the room and in afternoon they went to a movie in a mall and had their lunch.

It was time to bid bye for Kruthika, she tried to control her tears but failed as it was her first time to stay in a hostel.

"Take care of yourself, both of you", said Kruthika to her parents and drop fell from left eye.

"You to dear. Be careful with everyone. Remeber your goals and achieve them. Okay", said Madhusudan hugging her daughter.

"I'm gonna miss you the most. Take care", said Kruthika to Karthik.

"Me too. I'm gonna miss those fights with you. But I'll still fight with you whenever you call me. Remember!", said Karthik waving his first finger at her.

"Idiot!", said Kruthika as she punched him at his arm and hugged him.

"Be careful. Okay! I know you are strong and confident girl. You will be fine. But home will be all silent without you both. Without your silly fights, without your screams 'Mom look at him' ' Mom look at her'. God! I'm gonna miss you both", said Madhavi as she hugged both of them.

"It's time to go. Bye take care", said Madhusudan and gave her a kiss on her forehead. Madhavi and Karthik followed the same they bid good bye to her and they left.

She stood there, standing by her hostel she cried there sitting on a bench.

Whereas Madhavi, Madhusudhan went to Manipal and dropped Karthik. Karthik was smiling but his eyes said that he was about to cry. They both bid him bye and they resumed their journey to home.
