Gods did not only follow the path of good. No, it does not follow the norm of righteousness therefore, all kinds of faith are born. A path of gray exists. Truly, black and white did not simply exist by themselves. 

The Beast perverted Justice and turned the concept over its head becoming a God of Malice and Hatred. It hailed itself as created beyond sanity and its power grew. It was a God, but because of its lofty title,, it could not unleash its might in the world of mortals.

Without a proper Priestess or a beckoner to unleash its power, the Beast was practically shackled. Limited to abilities in its mortal appearance. Only now, in this temporary domain where the rules placed upon by the world can be overturned could it unleash its power.
