Council Meeting

"I have reached the peak of my level, so, I will be going to evolve soon. But, the Life Essence that I need is going to be more than I thought, so, I will be going to need preparations. I am not confident that I can easily take evolution by then. However, my evolution is a necessary step for the next step of our plans. So, if need be, I will be going to the nearby territories. We will begin with the clearing of the Eastern Region. Only Sylva, Dhampy, and I will go there. Is that understood? What is it, Boulder?"
