"You came here to kill me?" Asked Rias who was feel really surprised by Shalba's last words.

"That's right, I have a duty to kill everyone who is related by blood to the fake demon lords like your big brother Sirzech," Shalba replied. "Of course that was including a weak and useless high-class devil like Diodora who was Ajuka's younger brother! Who usurped my throne!"

Akeno and Koneko immediately stood in front of Rias when they both heard that Shalba had an urge to kill Rias.

Kiba also did the same thing like Akeno and Koneko. Because he had promised to protect Rias no matter what because Rias was a person who give him a second chance to live.
