Reviews of Borsalino in the Arrowverse

MC: a guy reincarnated in Arrowverse that he has power and looks of Borsalino when he using his power. Author says when he was in Borsalino mode he was 10ft. (Base on my understanding reading it and that what's the author says and bicker to some comment about his height.) World Building: Almost same as the flash tv show. Characters: nothing to talk about. Many confusing scenario on which he switch to Borsalino and going back to his normal form.(that's what I hardly understanding reading this fic). He really need to transform to 10ft. Admiral in order to use his power. Just stockpiling or maybe comeback later if I feel reading this fic. One thing I'm certain was he was certainly OP and uses his knowledge on what's to come. He is also a bit arrogant sometime. Overall 3.5 star because of how characterize the MC.
