Because he loved her...

Mia enjoyed being in Leo's arms. She wished she could remain like that forever. He cuddled her from behind on the couch as they watched a movie together. It was a comedy, so it made the atmosphere light as they watched. After the movie ended, Mia refused to move. When Leo tried to stand up, she didn't budge either. 

"Just stay." She whined. 

"It's late. We should go to bed." He said before placing a kiss on her temple. 

"I don't want to move." 

"I will carry you." He offered. 

With a resigned groan, she let him carry her bridal style to his bedroom and dropped her gently on the bed.

He stood there and looked down at her as she shuffled to find a comfortable position. When she looked back at him, she opened her arms wide, inviting him to cuddle with her. He chuckled. 

"You look adorable when you are sleepy." He said as he lay down beside her and hugged her so that they were facing each other.
